About This Webinar
What if your ability to navigate life’s challenges could be understood, strengthened, and intentionally developed? Join Frank Head, LMFT and Andrea Cruz, LMFT for an engaging introduction to the Survival Signal Quotient (S²Q), a conceptual framework developed from research examining what happens where our life experiences, relationships, and survival responses intersect to shape how we understand and respond to the world around us. Rather than focusing on what is “wrong” with you, S²Q explores how your mind and body continuously assess safety, meaning, and opportunity, influencing the way you think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges. Designed for everyone, regardless of background or experience, this webinar translates complex psychological concepts into practical, easy to understand tools that anyone can use to cultivate hope, adapt more effectively to adversity, and move from surviving toward thriving. Participants will leave with a practical understanding of S²Q, renewed hope, and actionable strategies to strengthen their adaptive capacity and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and purpose.
