Holistic Wellness
I walk beside individuals, families, and beloved pets through death, grief, remembrance, and life's many transitions. As a Death Doula, Nutritionist, and Yoga Teacher, I offer compassionate support that honors the whole person—body, mind, spirit, and the unique story each life carries.
As a BSN student (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and Certified Nurse Aide in the hospital setting, I bring both clinical understanding and heartfelt presence to those navigating serious illness, caregiving, end-of-life experiences, and loss. My approach blends practical guidance, education, advocacy, and deep listening with a belief that healing and meaning can be found even in life's most difficult moments.
Rooted in a lifelong connection to nature and beekeeping, I believe the natural world offers profound lessons in resilience, community, transformation, and remembrance. Whether through end-of-life support, grief care, nutrition, movement, or simply holding space, my work helps people reconnect with themselves, their values, and the spiritual dimensions of being human.
